We offer both rubber and synthetic elevator belts.
RUBBER ELEVATOR BELTS:
The rubber elevator belts consist of laminations (polyester woven with nylon), and coatings of 1 to 4 mm thick. The oil and grease resistant belts have nitrile rubber coatings, which are firmly resistant to mineral, vegetable and animal oils and fats.
Oil and grease resistant belts can withstand temperatures up to 110°C.
Belts that are limited in their oil and fat resistance serve for products with a maximum oil or fat content of 4 percent and can withstand temperatures up to 70°C.
Special heat resistant elevator belts can withstand temperatures up to 180°C.
Even flame retardant belts are available..
SYNTHETIC ELEVATOR BELTS:
Typical applications for synthetic elevator belts are:
Transport of refined sugar or other granulates
The top layers of synthetic belts are polymers and are made from different materials, which allows the properties of the belt to be tailored to different applications.
