Automatic packaging line at Broekman Logistics

The most important requirement that Broekman Logistics submitted to us: a straightforward line that encompasses the complete handling of a chemical product with tight, watertight packed pallets as the end result.
We proposed a packaging line that starts with the product transport from the storage silos. The product then passes through a sieving installation and a product sample is taken, which checks the product quality routinely. After this the product is effectively weighed and filled into bags. We have the bags packed on a pallet, which is wrapped afterwards.
The end result? The line packs 800 bags per hour in PE bags formed from tubular film. The entire handling is fully automatic and efficient. Thanks to the waterproof top sheet over the pallets, the product is ready to be shipped worldwide after handling.
