Fike is a globally experienced, trusted global expert in rupture disk technologies, explosion protection, fire alarm systems and fire suppression solutions. Founded in 1945 with headquarters in Blue Springs, Missouri, USA.

In 1984, Fike established its European headquarters in Herentals, Belgium. To date, it is still the only assembly location in the BeNeLux for rupture discs, but also explosion and fire protection.
In addition to our production, we also have our own Fike Academy in Herentals where training is provided to customers, OEMs, EPCs and 3rd parties.

Application Specialist Pressure Relief

As Application Specialist, you will be responsible for advising clients on the best solutions within Pressure Relief’s offerings. You do this primarily over the phone, engaging with the customer to find out their specific needs. Each project is unique, and it is your job to gather the right information and prepare appropriate quotes. Besides offering solutions, you remain available for technical questions and make sure you are always up to date with the latest products and services.

Field sales specialist – Explosion protection

As a Field Service Sales Specialist, you will be the key commercial link for field services for our customers, partners and field sales team. You will provide sales support for service contracts, scheduled maintenance visits and emergency interventions for Fike systems. You respond to customer requests and proactively contact customers to propose service contracts and inform them when their Fike systems need maintenance.

Service engineer

As a Service Engineer Europe you carry out technical interventions on location (within the Benelux or occasionally abroad). Your clients are international, global and exciting companies from very different sectors: chemical, pharmaceutical, metal and food. You are responsible for installing and maintaining electrical installations within the explosion protection range. You assemble and disassemble electrical facilities. In addition to keeping current installations operational, you are also responsible for renewing and expanding them. Customers find their way to you with all kinds of technical questions. You will develop yourself completely on a technical level as this role involves both maintenance technician and troubleshooting technician tasks.
You will report to the Team Leader and you will join the Service Team with 5 direct colleagues.
