You will be trained internally as a coater (polyurethane sprayer), so experience is not required.

We are looking for someone who is passionate, critical and driven. In short, “The employee/apprentice with 2 right hands” for the long term, who can strengthen our team.

What will you do:
Through internal training you will learn how to process polyurethane together with your colleagues. This is done using the latest equipment in the field of hot spray technology. We will teach you how to operate/maintain the machinery and the technical peripheral equipment. You will also work a lot together with your colleagues on the shop floor. In consultation, you will be assigned to coating parts on location at the customer.

Your tasks include
– Learning to apply the coating to various substrates
– Learning to apply the coating on location. (NL,D,BE)
– Learning to maintain the machinery
– Keeping the spray rooms in order
– Supporting your colleagues

– Checking of products that are made with polyurethane
– Polishing of polyurethane
– Assembling parts
– Making ready for shipment
– Logistics of finished goods
– Supporting colleagues in other departments
– Processing polyurethane at customer site

Stated Requirements:
– Driven to tackle work
– Two right hands
– Social skills to properly communicate with a customer
– At least in possession of driving license B
– Flexible in work and working hours

As a finisher, you are flexible and accurate. You can work well in a team and have problem-solving abilities. In addition, you know how to get to work and have a proactive attitude.
