Function:
As Application Specialist, you will suggest to customers by phone the right and best possible solutions in terms of our offer in Pressure Relief.
Since every project is different, it is important to always find out the right information. You do this by talking to your customer, asking the right questions and detecting the needs.
You make quotations and pass on the dossier internally.
Afterwards you stay available to the customer by phone for any technical questions.
Finally, you continuously stay up to date with the latest Fike products, applications, services, price settings and procedures in order to provide optimal service at all times.
Profile:
You have a Technical degree (preferably Bachelor (electro)mechanics, chemistry, etc. -) or equivalent experience.
Technical affinity is a must, as is the will to learn and grow in your job.
You are a team player but also take initiative easily.
A customer-oriented attitude and strong communication skills are necessary to help your customers in the best possible way.
Good knowledge of Dutch and English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of French is a plus.
A dynamic and changeable environment does not scare you. Whether it is a change in the sector or in the systems used.
You always know how to keep a cool head, even in situations with many deadlines.
Finally, you are very accurate. After all, your work revolves around safety, which is governed by strict regulations.
