Job Description:
You will be responsible for following up service requests from customers, the sales team and field service engineers. You will create quotes and documents in CRM (Salesforce) and ensure all data is correct for interventions. You monitor maintenance contracts and systems and take necessary actions. You follow up quotes through various communication channels and ensure that Fike is positioned as a preferred supplier.

Understanding of explosion protection
Analytical and problem solving skills
Team player and initiator
Detail oriented, good time management and customer focused
Strong communication skills (oral and written)
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in a technical/commercial field
Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) and Google G-Suite
Fluent in Dutch, English and French
