For a project in Colombia, De Regt Conveyor Systems has realized various transport/conveyor systems for the transport of minerals such as nickel.
The installation has a capacity of 100 tons of product per hour, with a specific weight of 2 to 3 tons per cubic meter.
A versatile installation
Within this assignment we have provided various systems, namely:
Embedded bunker
Conveyor belts (9 pieces)
Big Bag station
Towers (2 pieces)
All necessary access stairs and walkways.
From design and preparation in Biervliet to assembly and realization in Colombia
First of all, the entire installation was designed and built by our team. The installation was built and tested on the site of De Regt Conveyor Systems in Biervliet.
Subsequently, all installations, components, and materials were loaded into containers for overseas transport, after which they were shipped to Colombia.
Local assembly, under the supervision and coordination of specialist team De Regt
On behalf of our company, Martin Scherbeijn (work planner/planner) and Kevin van de Wouw (engineer) were on site for approximately 5 weeks.
As a supervisor, they advised and assisted the local team of technicians.
