The GEN250® FlowBox is designed for easier and more efficient seed processing. The GEN250® offers a rugged, strong design with ample capacity, plus features designed to make managing a storage box easier and cost efficient.
The fully reusable GEN250® reduces freight costs and provides system-wide improvements in transportation, storage and handling. The streamlined design of the bin has a capacity of 1.65m3 and 1150kg, but also offers efficiency in returning empty bins, the nestable top section can save 40% transport space on return freight.
Made of high density polyethylene, the GEN250® is built for long life and environmentally friendly raw material handling. The GEN250® can be collapsed and safely stacked for maximum return efficiency of 54 empty crates per trailer. The GEN250® is compatible with forklifts and pallet lifters.
Food safe
AMATREX offers the blue GEN250® for the food and pharmaceutical industries. The blue GEN250® is made of 100% FDA-approved plastic that is allowed to come into direct contact with food products. In addition, the wooden runners on the bottom of the GEN250® are heat-treated before installation. If you have an application for a rolling food product such as coffee, grains, beans, other dried rolling food products, in addition to pharmaceutical products that require clean food grade surfaces, the FDA approved GEN250® is the right choice.
