Pallet transport
We use roller conveyors and/or chain conveyors to transport pallets. The palletizer is available with fully automatic pallet loading and unloading of pallets of different sizes. Depending on the situation, you can choose one or more buffer locations. If required, we can integrate a storage unit for empty pallets or multiple pallet storage units for the flexible use of different pallet sizes. It is also possible to opt for a pallet shuttle car for extra flexibility.
Internal conveying systems
SYMACH specializes in efficient internal transport. Conveyor belts transport the filled bags, boxes, crates or bundles to the palletizer. We have the in-house expertise to organize supply lines as efficiently as possible. If required, we can integrate space-saving solutions such as a vertical lift or incorporate additional buffer options. It is also possible to use a check-weigher or metal detector to check the packaging. We combine this with an ejection belt, which eliminates non-compliant products for disposal.
