De Regt Conveyor Systems is currently realizing a tailor-made transport installation for BORLIX NV, where incoming bulk goods can be transported from the quay to the storage locations.

BORLIX NV is an important European supplier of added value ingredients and raw materials for the animal feed and food industry, located in the port area of Zeebrugge.
Specifications of this project
For this customer we develop and build a completely new installation that is delivered turnkey. This system consists of a customer-specific folding system and conveyor belt. The installation is suitable for raw materials for feed and food and has a capacity of up to 400 cubic meters per hour.
Matching the specific wishes and needs of the customer, this system contains the following elements:
a collapsed bunker,
A conveyor belt with a length of 25 meters.
The bunker is equipped with a mobile roof and the conveyor belt is equipped with a roof (this is to keep the product dry in certain weather conditions).
In addition, the following options have been applied:
A weighing system
A dust extraction installation
An overbelt magnet (for removing and removing metal particles present from the food raw materials)
