The installation brings the dewatered and sorted sand and gravel from the preliminary installation to the depot. There are three fraction sizes in total, each with its own supply line.
The depot is fed by means of a wheeled trolley (tripper) with a belt conveyor, which can deposit the sand on both sides of the installation, at any desired position within its driving range. The desired product will then be transported to the Waal via the follow-up system.
The transport of the large constructions, which are pre-assembled in the workshop for reasons of efficiency, requires a lot of preparation. N.M. Heilig took care of the engineering, work preparation, transport and assembly. After the assembly on location we can look back on realising a sizeable, challenging project in a short period of time.
