Vibrating screens are perfect for sifting, sieving and separating solids, such as: granulates and powders. On top of that, vibrating screens can also be used to separate liquids from solids.
Heilig Mixing Technology offers vibrating screens (or vibrating sieves) with a maximum of four sieving decks offering five product fractions. Vibrating screens can also be used as safety sieves or control sieves to remove potential presence of foreign matter or impurities.
The central vibrating motor is equipped with adjustable counterweights making sure that the machine moves both vertically and horizontally. The movements can be adjusted according to your wishes.
